Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Educational Consultant to advise educational institutions in Kimberley. The role involves assessing needs, developing solutions, and supporting implementation of reforms to enhance teaching methods and curriculum effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, and educational technology, with strong analytical and collaborative skills to drive positive change across institutions.

Qualifications

A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in educational leadership, administration, or consulting.
Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional strategies, or educational technology.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of educational programs, policies, and practices.
Develop strategic recommendations for improving curriculum, instruction, and student outcomes.
Provide training and professional development to educators and administrators.
Assist clients in the selection and implementation of educational technologies.
Facilitate workshops and consultations to address specific client needs.
