About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Needs Education Coordinator to lead inclusive education initiatives in Kimberley. This crucial role involves developing and implementing tailored educational programs and support systems for students with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with teachers, parents, therapists, and external agencies to ensure that every student receives the appropriate support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to provide training and support on inclusive teaching strategies and differentiation.
  • Coordinate with external specialists, therapists, and agencies to provide comprehensive student support.
  • Monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention programs.

Requirements
