Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in teaching and curriculum development at the tertiary level or in professional development settings.
Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models, and assessment principles.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students in Kimberley.

Responsibilities

Teach courses in curriculum theory, instructional design methodologies, assessment development, and educational technology.
Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, assignments, and assessment tools.
Facilitate student learning through lectures, discussions, group activities, and practical application exercises.
Supervise student projects and practicum experiences related to curriculum and instructional design.
Engage in scholarly activities, including research and publication in relevant academic fields.
