Compass Group Canada is seeking a District Manager for Resident Food and Environmental Services in West End Toronto and surrounding regions. You will lead on-site operations, mentor teams, ensure compliance with company standards, and implement nutrition and environmental service programs across multiple sites.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare food service or environmental services, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets and travel as needed. CSNM membership is preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of Food Service Management and/or Environmental Services experience in healthcare.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise diverse teams.
• Healthcare/Senior Living/Long-Term care experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in resident nutrition management and operations management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight (when required).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure nutritional and therapeutic requirements through menu planning and standardized recipes.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and high customer satisfaction for account retention.
• Develop knowledge of resident preferences and incorporate into service delivery.
• Support on-site management in Compass programs and staff training.
• Maintain budget compliance and financial oversight.
• Support new business through sales analyses, reports and presentations.
• Implement a Food Safety Plan including HACCP, WHMIS, WSIB regulations and audits.
• Establish standards, procedures, and audit tools with managers.
• Conduct regular visits to client locations to observe operations.
