Job summary

Yukon Government is seeking a Director, Business Transformation to lead the Business Transformation Program (BTP) within the Workers' Compensation - WCB Records & Information Management area in Whitehorse. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, commerce or engineering.
• Experience leading large business and/or information systems projects/transformations.
• Experience managing projects including performance, risks, dependencies and external contractors/vendors, managing contracts, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Experience providing strategic direction and advice to senior leaders, boards or executives.
• Experience leading a team and supporting staff development and growth through mentoring and collaboration.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• Certification in Organizational Change Management is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Transformation Program (BTP), a multi-year initiative to modernize business processes and information management systems.
• Provide senior leadership and oversight; serve as primary link between executive leadership, steering committee, project team and stakeholders.
• Support organizational change management and drive adoption of new processes and tools.
