EMCO Corporation is seeking a Strategic Development Program Trainee for the Waterworks division in Canada. This full-time role offers a 5-phase developmental track across warehousing, logistics, sales, operations and account management, with a salary of CAD 44,500 to CAD 49,500 per year and ongoing training.

Grow within a stable national distributor serving residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills are required.
• Willingness to learn across warehouse, logistics, sales, and operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn the products and how they reach customers from vendor to client.
• Assist with quotations, civil-take offs, and manage large projects as applicable.
• Support Phase 3 outside sales and Phase 4 career path selection through training.
