TD Securities is seeking an experienced L10 Delivery Lead to support GED infrastructure initiatives and drive growth in Toronto. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, govern complex programs, and partner with Front Office, Risk, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to deliver strategic outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years delivering large-scale transformations in financial services, strong governance, and senior stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs in financial services.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, implementation planning, and change management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of GED infrastructure initiatives aligned to growth strategy.
• Develop and manage delivery roadmaps across tactical, interim, and strategic solutions.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams with alignment to objectives and regulatory commitments.
• Establish governance structures and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Manage program financials, forecasts, status reporting, and executive communications.
