• 7+ years experience in accounting/finance/audit with internal controls
• Knowledge of regulatory environments (SEC/IFRS/OSFI)
• Ability to influence change and build cross-functional relationships

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1B Finance risk programs, testing and reporting of controls
• Lead development of risk communications and training for finance stakeholders
• Review key risk indicators and develop reporting on finance risks
• Maintain Finance G&C mandate, standards, policies and procedures
• Advise business on effective control considerations for finance function
• Ensure training on policy requirements and monitor policy compliance
• Collaborate with lines of defense to design and test controls
• Promote data-driven, risk-based decision making
• Foster an innovative, learning-oriented team culture
• Drive process improvements and cross-organizational collaboration
