TD Securities Data, Delivery, and Integration is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to deliver key initiatives within the team. You will lead delivery planning, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to align with strategic objectives.

The role requires change management leadership, strong communication, and experience with JIRA/Confluence in a capital markets context. A university degree and PMI/CSM certification are preferred; a large, matrix organization background

Pay Details: $96,900 - $136,800 CAD

Position Overview Statement

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering key projects within the TDS Data, Delivery, and Integration team. Through all stages of delivery, planning, management, and deployment of distinct projects which align with business specific strategies. This candidate will provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s), and partner with business and executive stakeholders within a single, or across multiple Lines of Business (LoB).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Work in close partnership with all project stakeholders to align plans, timelines, expectations, and deliverables to meet business objectives
• Use negotiation and influencing skills to build consensus amongst diverse stakeholder groups to ensure project deliverables are met
• Manages resolution of issues and risks effectively and if required ensures timely escalation of the issues and risks
• Accountable for resource allocation, financials, and benefits realization
• Ensure initiative(s) are delivered based on agreed scope, timeline, and approved budget
• Create and maintain comprehensive project management artifacts as required by project governance standards
• Considered as a subject matter expert on practices, procedures, and principles of project delivery
• Manage initiatives through to completion including Planning, Execution, Control and Closure

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

• Proven ability to lead organizational change management activities on a project
• Strong working knowledge of tools including JIRA and Confluence
• Scrum Master Certified
• Proven ability to lead organizational change management activities on delivery initiatives, preferably in Capital Markets
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk
• Demonstrates superior inter-personal skills, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills
• 5-7 years experience in a Data, Delivery, and Integration role
• Experience in a large complex/matrix organization
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Flexible and able to quickly adapt to unfamiliar, ambiguous, or changing conditions
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, relationship management skills
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects as and when required

Specific Education Requirements

• University degree or equivalent
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or CSP designation preferred
