Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on complex financial change initiatives.
• Strong delivery governance, planning, and change management.
• Capital Markets knowledge is an asset (e.g., trading and operations).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of GED infrastructure initiatives aligned to the growth strategy.
• Develop and manage delivery roadmaps across tactical, interim, and strategic solutions.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams ensuring alignment to objectives and regulatory commitments.
• Establish governance structures and reporting for senior stakeholders.
