Job summary

Arondite is expanding into Canada with Ottawa-based leadership for Strategy & Partnerships. You will build trusted relationships with DND, DRDC, IDEaS and Canadian primes, defining the market approach and establishing Arondite as a credible participant in the defence and innovation ecosystem.

You will translate customer needs into product insight, drive pipeline, qualify opportunities and negotiate partnerships with government, industry and partners, while working with product and engineering

Qualifications

• Experience winning enterprise software, defence technology or complex public-sector deals in Canada.
• Strong understanding of defence procurement, innovation funding and stakeholder engagement in practice.
• Experience building senior relationships across government, defence, industry or tech organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Arondite’s early business development and strategic engagement in Canada.
• Build relationships with DND, DRDC, IDEaS and federal innovation programs.
• Develop partnerships with Canadian primes and technology partners.
• Identify and progress commercial opportunities relevant to Arondite’s offering.
• Run customer discovery to test demand and refine positioning.
• Translate market signals into product insight and go-to-market input.
• Support partnership structuring, pricing discussions and negotiations.
• Represent Arondite in meetings with senior decision-makers and media/government conversations.
• Shape long-term Canadian presence and growth priorities.
