Job summary

North Vector Dynamics Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead Canadian and international opportunities in a defence technology context. You will manage pipelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive pursuits from qualification through contract award.

You will leverage deep knowledge of the Canadian defence market, build relationships with government and industry partners, and guide strategic capture planning to secure major contracts as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Significant progressively responsible experience in defence business development.
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian defence market and defence acquisition environment.
• Experience qualifying and advancing complex defence or government opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the business development pipeline, qualification, prioritization, forecasting and next actions.
• Lead selected pursuits with clear capture strategies, schedules and responsibilities; coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Drive opportunities through RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, demonstrations and contract award.
