Job summary

MindBridge is seeking a Customer Value Architect to translate client goals into scalable adoption and value-realization motions, embedding MindBridge into customer operations and driving measurable value over time.

You will collaborate with FDPEs, Project Managers, AMs, Success Engineering, Product, Education, and Support to design and scale adoption strategies, ensuring ongoing value realization and executive alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in customer success, transformation consulting, value consulting, enterprise SaaS, audit, finance, risk, or analytics.
Experience driving adoption, value realization, or business transformation in complex customer environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Convert Strategy Into Customer Operating Rhythm and define ongoing rituals, reviews, and enablement plans.
Lead executive value storytelling and executive value conversations with stakeholders.
Partner Across the Account Team to align value realization with retention and growth.
Build Repeatable Value Assets like playbooks, value stories, and adoption templates.
Identify adoption blockers and coordinate internal responses to maintain momentum.
Help establish governance rhythms and centers of excellence within customers.
