Job summary

AllShore Talent is seeking a Technical Architect to provide expert-level leadership for Adobe Experience Manager solutions. You will lead solution architecture, mentor consultants, and partner with Sales on scoping and estimates.

This remote-friendly engagement requires guiding delivery teams, defining architectural approaches, and driving continuous improvement across multiple client programs in North America.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Web and/or ECMS technologies.
• 3+ years of direct client consulting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building.
• Translate complex business requirements into architecture, design, and development activities for large, sophisticated web solutions.
• Experience engaging Sales teams and understanding the sales process.
• Comfort leading Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Debugging skills across TCP/IP, UNIX, HTTP, and SMTP.
• Mastery of at least one current SQL dialect.
• Knowledge of HTML, DHTML, JS, CSS, and Jamstack.
• Proficiency in XML and related technologies (XSLT, DTDs, SOAP).
• Experience administering and debugging web servers such as Apache.

Responsibilities

• Be a recognized expert in AEM software-based solutions and technologies.
• Deliver effective consulting services and lead ambassadorship in client relationships.
• Provide technical leadership in sophisticated AEM-centric digital marketing solutions; lead solution architecture design and mentor teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to define initial architectural approaches and identify challenges and solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery methodology and planning guidance; assist with scoping and cost estimates.
• Mentor others on the team, from onboarding to complex implementation issues.
• Lead knowledge sharing with clients, partners, and colleagues.
• Diagnose a client's technical environment and recommend improvements.
