Job summary

DEPT®, a Growth Invention company, seeks a Solution Architect to lead architecture on customer engagements within Adobe Services. You will drive implementation, align marketing tech with business strategy, and influence product feedback for capability improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a solution or application architect, systems integrator, or senior consultant.
• Track record delivering Enterprise or Solution/Application integrations with digital marketing tools and systems related to big data, analytics, testing & optimization, personalization, and activation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage management and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Represent Adobe Services as a key Architect on customer accounts, defining solution architecture and leading implementation for Adobe Solutions.
• Bring knowledge of digital experience and marketing technology to align solution architecture to business strategy.
• Identify key business drivers and technology capabilities required to achieve optimal state.
• Understand the current state of solution architecture and assess marketing capabilities.
• Recommend the future state of application architecture across customer engagements.
• Work with customer teams and drive the dialogue to establish use cases, goals, objectives, and architecture to meet business requirements.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teams.
• Engage and present recommendations to technical leads and leadership teams.
• Work closely with and act as a liaison between key business, and IT experts during entire engagement.
• Grow Adobe's architecture practice and share on-the-ground customer feedback with product engineering and product managers to improve product capabilities.
