Job summary

MindBridge is seeking a Senior Data Science Engineer to apply advanced data science within the Success Engineering team. You will configure and tune MindBridge’s models and ensembles, assess applicability to customer data, and translate results into actionable counsel for clients.

You'll collaborate with Success Engineering, Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to address complex customer needs while operating within MindBridge’s product boundaries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied experience in data science, analytics engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Strong SQL, Python and data literacy; able to independently investigate data sets.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical model behavior for non-technical stakeholders.
• Direct experience with enterprise customers in a support/technical context.
• Credible working with Engineering and AI/ML teams as a peer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of MindBridge's detection methodologies and how ensembles combine outputs.
• Serve as the technical resource within Success Engineering for model questions.
• Maintain relationships with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML to stay current on model changes.
• Explain model behavior in business terms and translate findings for stakeholders.
• Evaluate feasibility of customer requests and define data requirements.
• Map customer value to available configuration options and boundaries.
• Escalate product gaps and document the rationale for changes.
• Create enablement content for internal teams.
