Job summary

Salesforce Canada is seeking a results-driven Customer Success professional for an Individual Contributor role. You will own delivery of Signature deliverables, oversee the customer lifecycle, and align business value with technical goals.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams, quarterly reviews of feature usage, and driving adoption of Sales and Service Cloud features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Salesforce-related fields.
• Strong ability to drive business value, facilitate discussions, and influence executives.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud mentioned in the role.
• Bilingual English and French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact responsible for delivery of signatures and overall customer experience.
• Coordinate all deliverables and manage the Signature lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Lead quarterly reviews and drive adoption of Sales/Service Cloud features.
