Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure strategic success for our public sector B2B SaaS customers. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, understand customer goals, and implement value-driven success plans across the organization.

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, you will collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to optimize service and drive renewal and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years in customer success, implementation, support, or related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer experience strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of our Procurement SaaS product and its public sector use cases.
• Communicate confidently with executives and stakeholders in regular customer meetings.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to deliver value at communication touchpoints.
