Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead onboarding for new clients within our Professional Services Team. You will configure SaaS products, gather requirements, and manage the end-to-end onboarding and adoption process.

You'll collaborate with sales, product, customer success, and support to ensure seamless handoffs, drive customer satisfaction, and deliver business value through effective change management, data preparation in Excel, and ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in a client-facing implementation role, preferably SaaS.
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and teams.
• Technical aptitude to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients from kickoff to adoption.
• Gather requirements and configure SaaS products to meet needs.
• Manage project communications, risks, and timelines.
• Configure reports and data loads; develop ad hoc reports.
• Collaborate with sales, product, CS, and support to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Create training and implementation documentation.
