Job summary

RBC is seeking an Analyst in the Global Credit division to support Corporate Banking and GM Sales & Trading. You will manage a portfolio of multinational borrowers, assist with underwriting, credit requests, and KYC, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver credit and banking services.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, financial modelling, and precise documentation, with opportunities to engage in regulatory and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials in business/finance/economics or quantitative field.
• Possible MBA/CPA/CFA designation or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–5 years experience in banking, corporate lending, finance or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide full transactional support during underwriting, including credit requests, KYC, and loan documentation reviews.
• Develop expertise in assigned portfolio and ensure compliance with Bank policy.
• Conduct annual reviews of credit exposure and maintain data integrity in credit systems.
• Engage with CB, GRM, Funding and Lending Services, and Treasury to coordinate credit and product policies.
• Complete ad-hoc projects related to regulatory and internal audits.
