Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels in Toronto seeks a Business Travel Sales Manager to drive corporate transient revenue by acquiring and developing key accounts. Build relationships with corporate clients, travel managers, and agencies while supporting annual rate negotiations and contract renewals.

Collaborate with Revenue Management and hotel leadership to align account strategies, monitor market trends, and deliver exceptional client experiences, including occasional local travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in hotel sales or business development with corporate travel experience.
• Proven experience with account management, RFPs, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new corporate, government, and travel agency accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel managers, and partners.
• Lead annual RFPs, rate negotiations, and contract renewals.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management to align strategies and maximize revenue.
