Job summary

Fraser Health in Surrey, BC, is seeking a Full-Time Contract Management Business Analyst to lead the Contract Management & Supply Utilization team. You will produce major reports, validate data, and support executive decision making in a dynamic health-care setting.

You will collaborate with Directors to design reporting requirements, develop business cases, and implement analytics using MS Excel, SQL, Power BI. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Computer Science and/or related field.
• Five to seven years' recent related experience in contract management, business analysis and/or health care management.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates reports and documents supporting corporate strategies and cost analyses in contract management.
• Consults with Directors and stakeholders to ensure information captured supports decision making.
• Verify data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources for reporting.
• Develop business and technical requirements for contract management processes.
• Prepare strategic business cases and briefing papers for Fraser Health Executive and Board.
• Provide end-user training and support on contract management platforms.
