Job summary

Fraser Health Authority is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business process reengineering and requirements gathering within the Fraser Health Informatics team in Surrey, BC.

You will analyze health information systems, plan projects, and guide change management to improve clinical and corporate workflows, ensuring alignment with service delivery goals in a dynamic health care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health information systems management or related field.
• 3–5 years of recent experience in a medium to large organization.
• Experience with health and corporate information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in Business Process Reengineering concepts and technologies.
• Leads analysis and documentation of business requirements for client-facing and internal informatics services.
• Engages in multiple initiatives; responsible for project planning, requirements gathering, data analysis and change management.
