Job summary

Fraser Health Authority seeks a Relief Full-Time Surgical Supply Chain Coordinator/Analyst to support the Surrey Memorial Hospital OR team in Surrey, BC. The role emphasizes supervision, data quality, and process improvements within the Surgical Network.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, auditing data quality, and implementing change management in supply chain and scheduling. This is a temporary full-time position based in Surrey with a health benefits package.

Qualifications

• Diploma in health, business, supply chain, or technology; three years in supply chain or supply systems with supervisory experience preferred.
• Three years of experience in supply chain or supply systems; one year supervisory experience required.
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License; access to a vehicle for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise supply analysts and/or DPC clerks, including staff training and orientation.
• Analyze and evaluate findings; develop recommendations for system and process improvements.
• Provide data quality and operational requirements information to user departments.
• Support and assist in developing and implementing supply chain and scheduling standards, policies and processes.
• Conduct and implement projects as assigned.
