We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Clinical Information, Transformation and Innovation team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting complex projects and initiatives involving clinical and corporate information systems. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs, assess current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into practical solutions.
You’ll bring your analytical expertise and understanding of healthcare information systems to help ensure projects and technology solutions align with operational needs and organizational priorities.

Education and Experience
BC’s health system is in the process of transformation. As part of the planned changes, certain IM/IT, Finance, and Supply Chain roles are expected to be in scope for transition to a new provincial shared services organization, BC Shared Health Services. Candidates applying to positions in these areas should be aware that, while the role is currently employed by the Health Authority, it may transition to BC Shared Health Services as part of the first or subsequent implementation phases. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for providing leadership in Business Process Reengineering concepts, methods and technologies. Leads the analysis and documentation of business requirements for client-facing and internal Informatics services delivery processes for business, clinical, and systems support services within Fraser Health. The Senior Business Analyst will be engaged in multiple initiatives and will be responsible for project planning, business requirements gathering, data analysis and supporting the execution of projects and change management. Provides leadership and acts as an escalation point for Business Analysts to assist in resolving complex problems.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Systems Management or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Three (3) to five (5) years of recent, related experience in a medium to large sized organization. Experience with health and corporate information systems.
