Job summary

TMX Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation to lead a global team of compensation professionals under the Head of Total Rewards. You will align pay structures and programs with market practices while partnering with senior leaders and HR partners.

The role reports to the Head, Total Rewards within the Talent and Total Rewards team. You will oversee job evaluation, equity administration, annual market surveys, and collaborate with finance on salary planning and forecasts.

Qualifications

8+ years in compensation management or related field
Strong thought leadership and consulting with senior leaders
Solid understanding of compensation principles and program design
Knowledge of job leveling frameworks and job evaluation methodologies
Proven people leadership and cross-functional collaboration
Analytical and compensation modeling abilities
Excellent customer service with a strong sense of urgency
Advanced MS Office or Google Workspace skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver broad-based compensation programs, pay structures and frameworks across the organization.
Lead annual market analyses and educate the business on market data usage for compensation decisions.
Oversee job evaluation and equity administration with regulatory compliance and data integrity.
Partner with Finance on salary planning, bonus accruals, and forecasting activities.
Drive compensation data transformation, analytics, and dashboard reporting.
Mentor and lead a global compensation team and collaborate with HR Partners.
