The position emphasizes developing salary structures, market benchmarking, and compensation planning, including annual reviews and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Compensation-related professional designation desirable (CCP, GRP, CEBS) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities are essential.
