Job summary

You will partner with the Executive Director and CTS leadership to develop messaging supporting organizational change, transformation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Ability to develop executive communications and presentations.
• Experience creating organizational announcements and employee communications.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-focused messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive communications on behalf of the Executive Director and CTS leadership.
• Prepare monthly CTS Branch communications.
• Develop communication plans supporting organizational transformation and technology initiatives.
• Create presentations, briefing notes, speaking notes, newsletters and infographics.
• Develop branding and visual identity for CTS initiatives.
• Translate complex information into clear, concise messages.
• Support employee engagement and change communications.
• Review and QA communications from teams and leadership.
• Improve readability and consistency of operational communications.
• Develop standardized communication templates and guidance for operations and executive communications.
• Collaborate with executives and teams to craft communication materials.
• Prepare materials for executive meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Provide advice on messaging strategies to CTS leadership.
• Ensure alignment with Alberta Courts standards and plain language principles.
