Job summary

Infrastructure Ontario is seeking a high-performing Commercial Projects Manager to join the Energy Infrastructure and Project Innovation team within the Capital Delivery division. You will lead delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives, developing business cases, procurement strategies, and commercial structures to advance government objectives.

You will synthesize financial models, evaluate strategic options, and collaborate with ministries, advisors, and private sector partners to deliver

Qualifications

Experience in managing projects, commercial transactions, infrastructure initiatives, investments, or similar complex programs.
Develop business cases, analyze complex information, interpret financial models, and assess options.
Knowledge of procurement strategies, contract administration, and market engagement processes.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of project strategies that align with client mandates and government priorities.
Develop and manage project plans, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external advisors, oversee contract delivery, and drive workstreams to milestones.
Conduct complex analyses and present strategic recommendations and decision-ready materials to leadership.
Assess market conditions, industry trends, and risks to inform business cases and investment decisions.
Develop and execute market engagement, procurement, and transaction strategies.
