Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks a Senior Commercial Advisor to lead complex commercial matters on the Toronto-based projects. You will shape strategies, oversee alliance agreements, and align contractual obligations with program outcomes.

With 12+ years in commercial management, you will advise executives, manage risk, and coordinate stakeholder teams across the alliance, driving value-for-money and best practices in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in commercial management, contract management, or major project delivery.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure, transit or construction projects.
• Experience in alliance or alternative delivery models (P3, Design-Build).
• Ability to present executive-level recommendations and governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic commercial leadership for the EHTH Alliance and project alignment.
• Lead Owner Representative commercial advice to Delivery and Controls teams.
• Oversee Project Alliance Agreement scope changes and risk management.
• Drive commercial strategies to optimize outcomes and balance risk, cost, schedule.
• Negotiate significant commercial matters and promote alliance principles.
• Report to project leadership and governance forums with recommendations.
• Foster relationships with alliance participants and delivery partners.
• Mentor commercial resources and promote continuous improvement.
• Support the BCD commercial team on key matters and negotiations.
