Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or contract management experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contract law, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to manage complex commercial change and risk in large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project’s commercial strategy in line with contractual obligations.
• Negotiate commercial changes and agreements with a strategic approach.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks, including subcontractor claims.
