Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders in Canada seeks a Manager in Infrastructure Advisory to join our team. You will perform financial and commercial analysis for major capital projects, prepare procurement strategies, develop RFQ/RFP proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements to support client investments.

You will lead complex financial models, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to strategic planning, financial structuring, and market benchmarking.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or related mix of academic and practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in similar advisory role for public/private sectors.
• Broad consulting skills including presentation, stakeholder facilitation, business case and report writing, and analytical abilities.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and financial modelling (e.g., DCF).
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (e.g., DBB, DB, CM, PDB, P3) and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting of reports and financial analyses, and development of business cases.
• Coordinate proposals and participate in procurement processes.
• Oversee development and review of complex financial models.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and community consultations.
• Develop strategic planning and financial structuring of capital projects.
• Participate in large procurements and evaluate procurement documents.
• Advise clients on best practices in capital and infrastructure project management.
• Define and analyze business cases, needs assessments, and phasing plans.
• Provide financial analysis and funding strategy assessments.
• Conduct benchmarking, state of the market studies and due diligence.
• Apply strong writing to reports and recommendations for clients.
• Contribute to winning proposals and client presentations.
