Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in restoration, construction, or commercial contracting.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-phase projects with budgets up to $5M.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, building codes, and project scheduling.
• Advanced communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret Xactimate scopes, drawings, and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from start to finish.
• Lead teams and subcontractors to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review scopes and budgets; collaborate with clients, adjusters, and stakeholders to resolve challenges.
