Job summary

First Onsite Restoration is seeking a Commercial Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily operations of commercial restoration projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will support managers and field teams with scheduling, resources, and documentation, while driving continuous process improvements.

You will travel across Ontario, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial operations, project coordination, or construction management, preferably in disaster restoration/abatement or a related industry
• The ability to travel across Ontario from site to site
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort with project coordination tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Understanding of construction or restoration processes and documentation standards
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Post-secondary education in construction, business administration, or a related field an asset
• IICRC certifications an asset
• Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
• Ability to travel when required
• Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of commercial restoration projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Support project managers, field teams, and administrative staff by scheduling, tracking resources, and maintaining documentation
• Review job progress, enforce safety standards, and align teams toward shared goals
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and maintain cross-department communication
