Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, or Business Development.
• Proven success managing complex client relationships and delivering strong sales and revenue results.
• Experience structuring, negotiating, and executing commercial lending transactions.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by managing a portfolio of strategic commercial banking clients.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding objectives and recommending tailored financial solutions.
• Identify and capture share-of-wallet opportunities across lending, cash management, treasury, and other banking services.
• Proactively source new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Develop and execute market growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead credit discussions, secure approvals, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver solutions.
• Prepare executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, market developments, and client trends.
