Job summary

• Certificate in change management or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with project manager to understand change impacts and build a Change Management Plan.
• Develop change artefacts and ensure effectiveness of the OCR solution among stakeholders.
• Coordinate with corporate marketing/communications for external messaging.
• Execute the change management plan during the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement activities.
