BMO is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive organizational change initiatives across multiple business units in Canada. You will lead change management plans from initiation through sustainment, engaging leaders and stakeholders to ensure adoption and meaningful outcomes for customers and employees.

The role emphasizes strategic analysis, risk mitigation, and clear communication while building trusted advisory relationships and aligning with the bank's risk framework.

Formación

• Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Drives change management plans from initiation to implementation and sustainment.
• Engages leaders and stakeholders to create an engaged workforce.
• Analyzes scope of change across products, people, processes, and channels.
