Job summary

The role emphasizes developing strategic communications plans, balancing urgency, risk, and prioritization, while ensuring content aligns with brand and accessibility standards. Bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications.
• Post-secondary degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling for audience-focused messages.
• Ability to develop communications plans aligned with business priorities and change management practices.
• Bilingual in French and English would be an asset, not a must.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners, PBSE colleagues and stakeholders to assess communications needs and deliver clear, timely content.
• Translate change initiatives into audience-focused messages that explain what is changing and why it matters.
• Assess requests against audience needs, timing, complexity and risk, and choose appropriate approaches.
• Develop communications plans that support optimal change adoption and protect salesforce capacity.
• Provide practical counsel on messages, audiences, channels, timing and delivery approaches.
• Create clear content across channels such as email, SharePoint, presentations, newsletters, video and events.
