Job summary

Bumper to Bumper Canada is seeking a Category Manager in Boucherville to drive category strategies across our core distribution channels, including corporate stores, independent customers and e‑commerce. You will shape product assortments, pricing and promotions to deliver sustainable growth.

You will report to the Director of Products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, profitability and market share while aligning with seasonal and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a product management or similar role.
• Experience in the retail and/or wholesale distribution is required.
• Bilingual (French and English).

Responsibilities

• Accountable for driving strategies and critical business functions to meet KPIs, sales, margin and profitability.
• Implementing strategic roadmap for product categories with cross-functional partners.
• Designing and coordinating merchandising plans to drive market shares and align with trends.
• Reviewing pricing strategies and proposing new pricing to increase market share and inventory velocity.
• Coordinating product selection and cross-functional execution for national flyers.
• Managing store planograms to assure optimal product mix and replenishment.
