Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Career Development, HR, Business, Education, or Social Services.
• 5+ years of experience in career services, relationship management, or engagement initiatives.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Proactive problem-solving, planning, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of AI platforms and practical applications in career development.
• Experience with Association Management System (AMS) databases (e.g., iMIS) is an asset.
• Professional certification in HR, coaching, or career development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce development and career pathway initiatives.
• Build strategic partner networks for job placements.
• Optimize proprietary job matching platform and employer engagement.
• Deliver professional workshops and networking events.
• Manage professional mentorship program operations.
• Track KPIs and present performance reports.
• Evaluate credentialing and program inquiries.
