BlueSky Personnel Solutions in downtown Toronto is seeking a Career Development Specialist for a one-year contract to lead workforce development and career pathway initiatives, build partner networks for placements, and improve our job matching platform.

The ideal candidate has a post-secondary degree in a related field, 5+ years in career services, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of AI tools. This role offers a hybrid schedule, a competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Career Development, HR, Business, Education, or Social Services.
• 5+ years of experience in career services, relationship management, or engagement initiatives.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Proactive problem-solving, planning, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of AI platforms and practical applications in career development.
• Experience with Association Management System (AMS) databases (e.g., iMIS) is an asset.
• Professional certification in HR, coaching, or career development is desirable.
