Job summary

BlueSky Personnel Solutions in downtown Toronto is seeking a Market & Data Research Analyst to join our client's team. The role offers a salary range of $70,000–$80,000 plus an annual bonus and a hybrid schedule with three days in the office.

You will design and implement departmental projects, analyze operational data to identify trends, and prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Strong data, privacy, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in data, statistics, economics, business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in data analysis, market research, or BI.
• Experience with surveys, focus groups, and benchmarking.
• Proficient in MS Office, digital survey platforms, and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA) and data governance.
• Strong communication, writing, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design, development, and implementation of departmental projects and strategic initiatives.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, evaluate performance metrics, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables while providing timely responses to internal and external information requests.
• Maintain strict adherence to organizational policies, data governance standards, and professional best practices.
• Continuously evaluating and improving internal workflows, reporting tools, and administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
