Job summary

CUA is seeking a Business Analyst to provide analysis, performance reporting, and practical recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and member experience. You will support strategic initiatives and develop performance metrics using advanced Excel and reporting tools.

The role reports to the Vice President, Strategy and Operations and requires a strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years of experience in business analysis, operational analysis, project management support or business intelligence.
• Experience in a financial institution or regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out business analysis, operational insights and performance reporting.
• Develop process improvement recommendations and support project implementations.
• Evaluate business processes, analyze data and produce actionable metrics.
