Apptoza Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

You will analyze current-state and future-state processes, translate needs into clear functional requirements, and support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories.
• Experience analyzing current-state and future-state processes.
• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain, and update BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories.
• Analyze, document, and evaluate current-state and future-state business processes.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional teams.
• Participate in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Support requirements management, documentation, and project tracking using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
• Use data analysis and visualization tools to support business analysis and reporting.
• Ensure requirements are clearly documented, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
