Accerta is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to gather and define business needs, document requirements, and manage risks. You will support planning, testing, training, and transitioning knowledge to production support in a hybrid Toronto-based role.

The successful candidate has a university degree, 5+ years in business analysis, and familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• University degree preferably in IT or Business.
• 5 years’ progressive experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
• Exposure to project management or Agile methodologies in SDLC.
• CBAP certification is an asset.
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business needs with partners.
• Ensure IT development aligns with business strategies.
• Provide technical knowledge during info sessions to end users.
• Plan and execute business acceptance testing with test plans and defect tracking.
• Develop internal and external communications.
• Collaborate on internal training programs with management.
