Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in accounts payable/receivable and related processes.
• Monitor AR and vendor payments; ensure timely invoicing and disbursements.
• Recommend improvements to accounting processes and controls.
• Prepare month-end reports, journal entries, reconciliations and analyses.
• Maintain the Ministry Code of Accounts and data integrity.
