Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Prior experience in a Finance Manager or Accounting Manager role.
• Ability to improve processes and add value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and payroll oversight.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with ASPE.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
