Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, analytics, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Experience in business research, market analysis or BI roles.
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.
• Experience supporting executive leadership with research and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitive, business, customer, supplier, product, and operational research.
• Gather information from multiple sources and evaluate its accuracy, reliability, and relevance.
• Identify inconsistencies, assumptions, and areas requiring further investigation.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.
• Prepare summaries, reports, presentations, comparisons, and decision-support materials for leadership.
• Maintain organized research files, databases, project trackers, and information repositories.
• Support strategic projects, investigations, and business initiatives led by senior leadership.
• Utilize Microsoft 365, SharePoint, AI tools, and research platforms to improve productivity and information management.
• Develop and maintain structured workflows that improve how information is organized and accessed.
• Research emerging technologies and identify practical opportunities to improve business performance.
