Job summary

BDO Canada LLP is seeking an Alliance Marketing Manager to shape and lead our alliance marketing strategy across Canada. In this hands-on role, you will work with the National Lead of Strategic Alliances to deliver standout events, campaigns and programs that elevate BDO’s brand, deepen partner engagement, and accelerate demand.

You will lead integrated marketing programs, partner on joint initiatives, create enablement content, and report on ROI to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

3–5 years of marketing experience at the manager level.
B2B/professional services knowledge and/or experience is an asset.
Proven track record building and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
Experience with project managing events and event execution is an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize integrated marketing programs that expand reach and grow pipeline.
Partner with Alliances leadership on joint marketing initiatives that generate demand and revenue.
Create partner-facing enablement materials, co-branded assets, and campaign content.
Measure and report program performance and ROI, translating results into insights.
Build trusted advisor relationships with Advisory leaders and stakeholders.
Align initiatives with brand strategy to strengthen the firm's reputation.
Collaborate with Marketing Centres of Excellence in planning, execution and reporting.
Drive budget management and adopt technology-enabled processes.
