Job summary

Venters Recruits seeks a dynamic Technical Sales Representative to promote stormwater solutions to the distribution, municipal, government, and construction sectors. You will drive new business, present technical products, and tailor proposals to client needs.

You will serve as the technical expert on stormwater products, stay updated on industry regulations, and travel to client sites to assess requirements and design suitable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of technical sales experience in stormwater or related construction/environmental industries.
• Strong understanding of stormwater solutions, runoff, water quality treatment, flood control, and SuDS.
• Proven sales track record with ability to build and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including engineers, architects, contractors, and municipal planners.
• Achieve sales targets and grow company market share.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations for prospective clients.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and tenders tailored to customer specifications.
